Everyone has a story that should be heard. I'm here to collect.

Jeff Railsback

Jeff and I at Stage AE for the Gogol Bordello show on July 28th, (it was fucking awesome).

I met Jeff through Christmas Eger and she was right, we get along famously! This interview was recorded the day after both of us had been up too late and partied a bit too hard but was a ton of fun regardless!

Jeff is the Director of Social Media and Promotions Manager at Stage AE on the North Shore of Pittsburgh. He's passionate about music and the artists that make it so he is filled with wondrous stories that any music junkie will dig. We discuss the ups and downs of live shows and also go a little bit into the recent fans of Kenny Chesney controversy, (just google it if you don't know what I'm talking about). At the time of this recording, I had not gone to see show at Stage AE. Since then, Jeff invited my partner David and I to see Gogol Bordello. It was the most fun I'd had at a concert ever! The venue is really beautiful, the show was outstanding, and needless to say, I will be going back for sure.

At the end of our talk, I neglected to ask if he had anything else to share and he mentioned being investigated by the FBI so I HAD to turn the mic back on! This one goes a little long but it's totally worth the listen.

The video to the right is from a band called Black Moth Super Rainbow that I checked out at Jeff's suggestions and it was fantastic! Take a look.

One of the musicians that Jeff thought I would dig, (and I really did dig it).
